The link to the problem in notification emails points only to the main path of the domain, not the problem.

I have "Standalone Accordion Menu" and when Honduma it will not expand. Never had an issue with any other software.

Email retriever function truncates content while creating a ticket if the email text subject or body contains special characters.

Reps are forced to open the tickets one bye one to view which one is answered by user. (feature request)

When SEF URLS is enable (Joomla 2.5.11/SEF=enabled/mode rewrite=enable) browsing ticket search results with multiple pages will results in ERROR 404 !
