I have opend the support area. For the moment there is just one ticket category "general questions". You can use this to create tickets to get your questions regarding Hoduma answered.

You can create public and private tickets. Public tickets are visible for all visitors, private tickets are only visible to you and the support staff (this means only me at the moment). You can use private tickets for confidential contents.

The public tickets are visible to everyone, but you have to register in order to create a ticket.

Don't worry, nothing will be lost. I will provide a download of the latest version of Hoduma. In the next days you will find the complete documentation again on this site.

I'm also working on a migration tool to migrate from Hoduma 1.0.13 to the latest version of Akeeba Ticket System component. In the next days I will reopen the support area to provide support for Hoduma 1.0.13 and for problems by switching from Hoduma to Akeeba Ticket System.

I forked HuruHelpesk to create Hoduma - a free ticket system for Joomla! 2.5. On June 12th, 2012 it was done - Hoduma 1.0 was released. Hoduma has been downloaded over 30,000 times since the first release.

As Joomla! 3.0 was released, I started to rewrite Hoduma to be compatible to Joomla! 3.0 and to get rid of the relics of HuruHelpdesk. It was hard work and I didn't had enough time to finish all the necessary tasks within short time. A few days ago I finished Hoduma 2.0 - a Joomla! 3 compatible version. Because I rewrote Hoduma from the scratch, the new 2.0 version has very less functionality then the old one. I planned to add the missing features from time to time.
